Unhurried Horizons is a mix drawing on electro, world music, glitch hop, electronic and hip-hop. The pace is deliberate, letting each selection breathe while the mix moves between textures and regions. The set opens up organic, acoustic territory through Hang Massive's handpan work on "Luminous Emptiness" and the atmospheric downtempo of Tosca's "Schwimmer." Trip-hop is represented by Portishead's "Wandering Star," while The Cinematic Orchestra's "Prelude" adds orchestral and jazz-informed depth. On the bass-driven side, CloZee's "The Golden Mask" and Mr Squatch's "The Squatch Expands Life" bring glitch hop production with global influences. Hip-hop surfaces through Chali 2na's "So Crazy," and Easy Star All-Stars' reggae reinterpretation of Radiohead's "Airbag," featuring Horace Andy, provides a dub-leaning interlude. Breakbeat heritage appears in the Carlito Mix of Omni Trio's "Tripping On Broken Beats," alongside Tango's "Spellbound." The result is an extended listening session suited to focused work, late-night listening or long drives, connecting downtempo, bass music and world sounds within a consistent tempo.
